Adding new Sell offer: (!offer add,"item name","price","amount")

Adding new Buy offer: (!offer buyitem,"item name","price","amount")
Example: !offer buyitem,boots of haste,25000,1
Buy to an existing order: (!offer buy,"order id","amount")
Example: !offer buy,2562,1
Sell to an existing order: (!offer sell,"order id","amount")

Cancel an existing order: (!offer remove,"order id")
